Chad has been with Tara Vista Holdings (A division of UMC) since 2018 and is responsible for the day-to-day management of many of the real estate properties in the portfolio. Chad works diligently to keep the properties in excellent condition, arranges for the necessary building improvement, works with existing tenants on lease renewals, and works with prospective tenants on new leases. Chad is a graduate of Thompson Rivers University and has had extensive experience conducting strata property management before working with Tara Vista Holdings.
