Doug has been with Tara Vista Holdings (A division of UMC) since 2021 and is responsible for the day-to-day management of many of the real estate properties in the portfolio. Doug works diligently to keep the properties in excellent condition, arranges for the necessary building improvement, and works with existing tenants on lease renewals and prospective tenants on new leases. Doug is a graduate of Northern Alberta Institute of Technology’s Hospitality Management Program and has had experience managing hotels before working with Tara Vista Holdings.
