Waqas has been with UMC since 2014 and is responsible for the day-to-day accounting of all real estate holdings in the portfolio while also overseeing the monthly and quarterly reporting for investors. Additionally, Waqas is in charge of preparing the yearly budgets for all real estate properties and periodically updating them. Waqas has a Bachelor of Commerce degree and he is currently a CPA candidate.
